We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city, directly across the plaza from the gigantic church. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also loved the fact that it was easy to get to from the train station and had convenient transportation options nearby. the hotel facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions of the area. It is right in the heart of the city, close to everything. there are some amazing bakeries nearby where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Some guests experienced difficulties with the facilities, such as issues with hot water and non-functioning lights in the bathroom.

Great central location, just a short walk from major attractions and restaurants in the area. The manager, Lorenzo, was friendly and helpful, great to check in early and providing excellent restaurant recommendations. The room was clean and eclectic, with interesting furniture and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious. The option to hang out in the general lobby area was a nice touch.
The room was quite dimly lit, lacking natural light during the day. It would be beneficial if the hotel added more lamps or brighter light bulbs to improve the lighting.

I was actually surprised by the spaciousness of the apartment we were upgraded to in May. The host was friendly, relaxed, and helpful. The location was great for a relaxing holiday, and being able to return to our room during the day was a bonus. The breakfast at the neighboring bar was plentiful. I highly recommend B&B Galileo 2000.
